The Central Electricity Board (CEB) has announced an invitation for bids for consultancy services to act as an Independent Engineer in the implementation of three 30MWac Renewable Energy Hybrid Facilities (Solar PV & BESS).
Eligible and qualified international consultancy firms, as well as Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius, are invited to submit their proposals. The consultancy services will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of renewable energy projects aimed at enhancing Mauritius’ sustainable energy infrastructure.

Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 10 July 2024, by 13:30hrs (Mauritian Time)
Bids can be submitted either by depositing in the Tender Box located at the CEB office or by sending via registered post or courier service to the above address. It is important to note that electronic bidding is not permitted, and late submissions will be rejected.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be opened on Wednesday, 10 July 2024, at 13:45hrs (Mauritian Time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
The CEB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time before the contract award, without incurring any liability to any bidder.
