Rustomjee Group has announced the launch of apartments under the ‘Rustomjee 180 Bayview’ project, at Matunga West locality in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The firm anticipates a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,300 crore.
The project offers two-BHK, three-BHK, four-BHK and duplex apartments ranging from 800 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft. The apartments has all the amenities necessary for an upgrade to an uber-luxury lifestyle, including tech features for safety. Handover of the project is expected in 2028.
This marks the Groups entry in Matunga with a project for luxury living the dynamic micro market in the city. The firm targets achieving Rs 400 crore of business within the first year of its launch.
Along with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, spacious balconies for each apartment, ample greenery, the project incorporates themes like sea breeze, aqua sense, tropical plantation, sculptures, and pebbles. Besides these, it offers recreational spaces for kids, senior citizens, and adults. Another highlight is the elevation showcasing special features such as reckli concrete, aluminium composite panel cladding and grooves, which amplifies the architectural design.
Overall, the project aims to create space where communities can thrive in Matunga with a mix of tranquillity and modern living. Its central location ensures connectivity to other parts of the city, and access to prime locations like Dadar, Lower Parel and Worli. |
