More public works tenders in Balcarce: one for the hospital and another for the racetrack
The municipality of Balcarce is moving forward with two new public works tenders.
The municipality of Balcarce is advancing in the administrative actions of two new calls for public bidding, one for the remodeling work of the “Felipe Fossati” municipal hospital and another linked to the enhancement of the Juan Manuel Fangio racetrack.
The announced budgets exceed 80 million pesos and are linked to new stages of work in the already started investments made in both sites.

On the one hand, the authorities seek to define the acquisition of materials destined for the building reconditioning plan in the hospitalization area of ??the hospital, within the framework of the third stage of the works designed long ago for the only health provider in the district.
The official budget is just over $44,000,000 while the value of the specifications and conditions is $44,220. The opening date for envelopes will occur on June 24, at the 11th hour, at the purchasing office of the Balcarceña commune.

In parallel, progress is being made with the remodeling of the second floor of the hospital. The construction team completed the initial preparation stage, removing the wall covering to make way for plumbing work. This process is essential to guarantee the proper installation of the piping systems and ensure optimal functioning of the water and drainage networks on the second floor.
In addition to the plumbing work, other fundamental tasks have been carried out such as the evaluation of the building structure and the planning of the distribution of spaces.

Meanwhile, the next public tender contemplates the acquisition of 400 m3 of 6/20 boulders, including its transportation, for the “Juan Manuel Fangio” racetrack, where a million-dollar investment in value enhancement has been made since last year.

The official budget amounts to $35,000,000 and the value of the specifications and conditions is $35,000.00. The proposals will be presented on June 26.
