Bengaluru-based real estate firm Concorde has launched Concorde Mayfair, a premium mixed development on Bellary Road, Yelahanka. Spread across 3.35 acres with a gross development value of Rs 700 crore, the project will include high-rise residences, commercial spaces, and high-street retail option. The launch is part of its planned expansion in Bengaluru with a focus on emerging areas, including Malur, Thannisandra, Sarjapur, Yelahanka, and Vidyaranyapura.
Concorde Mayfair features 217 designed two-and-three BHK apartments spread across four towers comprising 14 floors each, where every home is equipped with tall windows offering panoramic views, ventilation, and ample natural light. The project has over 60 percent open spaces. The signature Concorde clubhouse, Evolve, is on the 14th floor and terrace amenities on the 15th floor, offering a yoga lawn, party deck, mini basketball and futsal courts, sky gym, and work pods, with over 40 amenities.
Located just five minutes from Yelahanka metro station, it offers seamless connectivity to the central business district (CBD). The project is adjacent to the six-lane elevated corridor leading to the airport. The company intends to develop a total of 3.5 million sq. ft., targeting a revenue potential of Rs 1,200 crore over the next two years.
