The activity took place at the municipal headquarters of that city of the General Obligado department. “We work for the entire province of Santa Fe, for each town and community and to solve big problems, at a time when there are restrictions on public works throughout the Argentine Republic. We are investing a lot of resources because we understand that it is important for the north of Santa Fe to develop,” said Governor Maximiliano Pullaro when leading the event. We are not a government that only pays salaries from the State but rather invests in security, education and public works.” For his part, the provincial senator, Orfilio Marcón, especially thanked Governor Pullaro for “not forgetting the North of Santa Fe” and pointed out that “we have been waiting for this work for many years and I think no one imagined that it would be made of concrete, which will allow us to circulate without problems.” Meanwhile, the Provincial Road Administrator, Pablo Seghezzo, recalled that the General Obligado department is the one with the most wooden bridges in the entire province, which date back to the time of La Forestal, that is, they have had a useful life of Almost 100 years old, with very little maintenance. The Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Roald Báscolo, also participated in the event; the mayor of Avellaneda, Gonzalo Braidot; the communal president of La Sarita, Gerardo Castillo; and the provincial deputy Dionisio Scarpín, among other authorities and representatives of the bidding companies. The works The construction of the bridge and concrete spillways will replace the existing wooden ones found on provincial route No. 98-s, between Moussy and La Sarita. These are relievers 1 (41 meter section), 2 (62 meters) and 3 (20 meters). And also the La Sirena bridge that crosses over the El Rey stream (62 meters). Likewise, 3,900 meters of roads will be intervened and graveled.
