The Undersecretariat of Water Resources of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services of the Province of Buenos Aires, restarted the work of the storm drain work in the South Sector of the town of Coronel Pringles, which will allow the sanitation of 80 urban hectares located in the southern sector. of the town.
The work in progress consists of the construction of a storm drain system laid out by a main collector that will have an extension of 2,187 meters, which consists of three branches that will extend for 593 meters. The works also include an excavation of 20,902 cubic meters and the construction of 70 drains and 21 inspection chambers.
In this regard, the Undersecretary of Water Resources, Néstor Álvarez indicated: “we continue to reaffirm the decision that the structural works must be carried out by the Province; We have a Governor who complies with what he said because the people of Buenos Aires voted for more work, education and public health.”
These tasks will provide a comprehensive solution to the flooding caused by excess rainfall to approximately 3 thousand residents of the southern sector of the city, also improving the environmental impact in the area. |
