Work Detail Lagardère Travel Retail has issued its multi-brand fashion and accessories store, The Fashion Gallery, with a substantial upgrade in Singapore at Changi Airport’s T2, incorporating large screens for improved communication with passing travellers.

Lagardère Travel Retail Asia Pacific COO Emmanuel de Place confirmed that the travel retailer would be introducing ‘an exciting new version’ of its successful Fashion Gallery retail concept, in July this year.

Located centrally in the Departures/Transit Hall of T2, the 500sq m boutique carries more than 30 luxury fashion brands including; ready to wear, fashion accessories, shoes, bags, jewellery and sunglasses.

LTR says The Fashion Gallery has been ‘refreshed’ and now boasts a 30-metre digital façade, which allows the store front to change and move with the flow of passengers; the largest of its type in any airport Additionally, the store incorporates six LG ultra-stretch screens which enter the TR channel for the first time.

Within the store on there are two further large format LED screens used to present the ‘latest trends’ and brand launches. The ceiling’s black canopy is complemented with white lacquered beams, which accentuate the main pathway through the stores, says LTR.

The Fashion Gallery also features focus product lighting and music, which accomplishes a ‘very stylish and playful look’.

The Fashion Gallery carries a broad assortment of luxury fashion brands including: Salvatore Ferragamo, Bally, Versace, Bulgari, See by Chloe, Furla, Kenzo. It also boasts many renowned exclusive brands such as Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Casadei, Chiara Ferragni, Sergio Rossi, Lulu Guinness, Thomas Sabo, Moschino and FOB Paris.

In addition, LTR has incorporated a dedicated ‘event area’ inside the store – coordinated by a fashion event team from Mercury Creative and Events – which is said to be ‘a first’ in TR.

The first installment carries a ‘Sports Luxury’ theme, inspired by major sporting events this season and displays exclusive brands such as Hackett London, Porsche design, Tod’s for Ferrari, J.O.T.T, Kenzo Men’s Shoes.

LTR says The Fashion Gallery will be collaborating with ‘fashion influencers’ around Asia to push stylish looks available in the store and shoppers can follow social media platforms for fashion advices and tips.
