The Ministry of Education of the City of Buenos Aires pre-awarded the company Altote SA the abbreviated public tender to carry out work to “replace water-repellent insulation on roofs for the Common Primary School N 15 Pcia. de Santa Fe and Common Kindergarten N 5 OF 10” located in the Pico school building 2689 / 2629 in the Saavedra neighborhood.
The Abbreviated Public Tender / Pre-award No. 3/DGAR/24 published this Tuesday in the Buenos Aires Official Gazette reports that the official approved budget is $244,527,748.48. The initial amount was $234,274,237.04.
The other companies that presented are Algieri SA, CAFFARD SRL and Blue Steel SA.
This company was chosen "because the most convenient offer for the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires was evaluated and it adequately complied with the terms of the Bidding Documents and Conditions, as arising from the Pre-award Opinion."
A challenge period applies until Wednesday, from now on the company will be in charge of the work in Saavedra.

The technical report of the tender reports: “The following issues were detected: -Total deficiency and deterioration of the aluminized membrane on the entire surface of the primary school, the garden and the gymnasium locker rooms. Abrupt unevenness in the subfloors which prevents the correct drainage of rainwater and causes stagnation. Therefore, the following tasks are planned: - On all flat roofs, leveling of subfloors/slopes, execution of water-repellent membrane insulation with geotextile and finishing with acrylic protective paint. -Execution of metal slabs and cupertinas.
A complementary technical report details: “it is added that the total area of ??intervention in the Common Primary School No. 15 “Provincia de Santa Fe” and the Common Kindergarten No. 5 “Pablo Picasso” DE 10 commune 12°, located in Peak No. 2689 / 262 is 1781.20 m2”. |
