Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) Invites bids for Site survey, Design, Engineering, Supply, Storage, Civil Works, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 500 kWp grid connected rooftop solar PV project on the rooftop of various academic buildings of TIFR-Hyderabad including Operation & Maintenance (O & M) of the project for a period of 25 years under RESCO model after operational acceptance.
The last date to submit the bis is June 13, 2024, with bid opening schedule for the same day.
Bidders must submit a tender fee of Rs 1,000. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 5 lakhs also needs to be submitted by the bidder.
The bidder is required to submit a Performance Security amounting to Rs. 10 lakhs which should be provided by the successful bidder within 7 days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from TIFR-Hyderabad.
The completion period of the installation of solar power plant is 120 days.
The bidder’s average annual financial turnover for the past 5 financial years must be at least Rs. 2 crores (Rs. 6.25 crore for category B bidders). The bidder must submit annual turnover certificates for the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
Experienced bidders who meet the requirements of either Category A or Category B with the following criteria will be eligible to apply:
Category A:
(a) Having completed and successfully operated one (1) project for the last 24 months under the RESCO model, with a minimum capacity of 400kWp for rooftop solar plants. OR
(b) Having completed and successfully operated two (2) projects for the last 24 months under the RESCO model, with each project having a minimum capacity of 300kWp for rooftop solar plants. OR
(c) Having completed and successfully operated three (3) projects for the last 24 months under the RESCO model, with each project having a minimum capacity of 200kWp for rooftop solar plants.
Category B:
(a) Having completed and successfully operated one (1) project under the EPC model for the last 24 months, with a minimum capacity of 5MWp for rooftop solar plants. OR
(b) Having completed and successfully operated two (2) projects under the EPC model for the last 24 months, with each project having a minimum capacity of 4MWp for rooftop solar plants. OR
(c) Having completed and successfully operated three (3) projects under the EPC model for the last 24 months, with each project having a minimum capacity of 3MWp for rooftop solar plants. |
