Kyndryl, a leading IT infrastructure service provider, announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to offer a comprehensive suite of technology and services aimed at rapidly scaling generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) solutions for various industries, according to a company statement released today.
The collaboration will leverage Kyndryl Bridge, Kyndryl’s AI-powered open integration digital business platform, to support the full lifecycle of AI development and implementation in real-world business environments. This platform will be used in conjunction with NVIDIAs full-stack accelerated computing and software solutions. Kyndryl Consult will further expedite the testing, verification, and deployment of Gen AI solutions, enhance rapid application deployment, and improve operational experiences.
Kyndryl plans to utilize the NVIDIA NeMo platform and NVIDIA NIM inference microservices to implement generative AI solutions for IT operations. These technologies will address industry-specific use cases such as customer support, IT operations automation, fraud and loss prevention, and real-time analytics.
The partnership also introduces generative AI capabilities to Kyndryl Bridge and AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) services, relying on NVIDIA NIM to streamline and speed up generative AI deployments for network and application management. Additionally, the integration of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with NVIDIA NeMo Retriever microservices will enable customization of solutions for enterprise environments.

Kyndryl will provide services using the NVIDIA AI platform across industries such as financial services, retail, telecom, and healthcare. Kyndryl Consult will support customer implementations on NVIDIA’s accelerated computing infrastructure, whether in on-premises deployments, or in private, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.
