Aerem Solutions Private Limited, an end-to-end platform specializing in distributed solar, solar loans, and solar tech solutions, announced today the acquisition of Spinkraft Ventures Private Limited, a prominent distributor of solar equipment. Founded in 2021 by Pravesh Bhargava, Ajay Patel, and Acharan Chandel, Spinkraft Ventures will now operate under Aerem in its entirety. This strategic acquisition aligns with Aerem’s mission to establish India’s only comprehensive solar platform, making solar energy more accessible and driving significant change in the sector. By integrating Spinkraft’s expertise in sales and distribution, Aerem plans to offer complete solutions to customers at competitive prices. This merger allows Spinkraft to leverage Aerem’s advanced platform, growth capital, and structured systems to scale effectively. The transaction positions Aerem as the sole provider in India offering a complete suite of products and services across the entire solar value chain. This includes support for OEMs, distributors, EPCs, end customers (both business and residential), and banks. The combined entity aims to enhance the nation’s solar energy adoption efforts by providing a one-stop solution for solar EPCs and customers, offering Solar Tech software tools, customized financing options, and high-quality solar procurement.
