In recent days, the remodeling and renovation work of the park located in the South neighborhood, on the main access to the town of Lonquimay, was launched in Lonquimay. In that sector, a storm drain channel is also being lined, as officially reported.
With municipal labor, work began in the recreational space that is located on the west side of the “Vicente Montero” access. Community sources indicated that the work is progressing "at a slow pace, but with the aim of completing it according to the established project."
The same spokespersons said that in the place, with funds from the communal coffers, games and street furniture are being placed, and new paths are being added. In addition, pedestrian bridges and perimeter sidewalks are being built.
Also, these days, with machinery and municipal personnel, work is being done on the lining of a drainage channel in one of the side streets of that space. |
