The Ministry of Education of the City published the call for Abbreviated Public Tender No. 558-0002-LPA24 in order to carry out facade repair work for the building located at Av Alberdi 4139, where the Higher School of Artistic Education operates in visual arts Rogelio Yrurtia and the Common Primary School No. 23 DE13º. The work is announced after the collapse of a piece of masonry that occurred in August of last year, during class time. The total area to be intervened is 1130.55 m2 and the official budget amounts to the sum of one hundred seven million one hundred ninety-two thousand three hundred and sixty-nine pesos ($107,192,369.61), dated February 2024.
