Power Department, Government of Sikkim has invited bids for project implementation consultants (PIC) for Sikkim Power Sector Development Project under ADB assistance.
The scope of services of the PIC relate to providing project management services for implementation of the project at all stages from planning, implementation, evaluation, handover, and closure. The PIC is also required to establish a web-based online project management system (PMS) for monitoring and effective implementation. The services will include but not limited to project planning and progress monitoring, review of designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications/GTPs, test reports and management plans by contractors, design, development, testing and Implementation of PMS online tool, coordination of project procurement process, and others.
