Water Resources Department (WRD), Madhya Pradesh has issued a tender for the construction of Beerbal barrage and pressurised pipe irrigation network under Sitapur Hanumana Irrigation Project in Sihawal district in Sidhi.
The work of the pipe irrigation system to supply water through the rising/gravity mains for micro irrigation includes activities starting from survey, investigation, preparing, pursuing cases for obtaining statutory clearances, laying, installing of gravity mains, main line, branch lines, distribution network, controlling and regulation system for the supply of water for irrigation under pressure with SCADA and automation and construction of approach roads as per PMGSY.
The period of completion of the work includes defect liability period (DLP) and management, operation and maintenance (MOM) of complete commissioned system (MOM) for 60 months after completion.
The contract is valued at Rs 3,263.54 crore.
