IndianOil Issue Tender for Supply of On-grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant at Panipat Refinery. The scope of work includes Providing design, engineering, supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning services for an On-grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant, including associated electrical tasks, on car parking sheds at Panipat Refinery, IOCL.
Additionally, offering Post Warranty Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for a duration of 3 years.
The contract completion timeframe is set at 4 months, starting from the date of handing over the work at the site.
The last date to submit the bids is April 30, 2024, with bid opening scheduled for the next day.
The bidder should have a Minimum turnover of Rs 61.99 Lakhs during any of the three preceding financial years from the date of NIT publication.
If the publication date of the NIT falls within 9 months from the close date of the preceding financial or accounting year, the bidder has the option to submit the balance sheets of any of the previous three years (excluding the immediately preceding year) if the audited balance sheet for the immediately preceding year is unavailable.
The bidder must demonstrate their experience by providing the value of a Single Work (SWO) completed either as a main contractor or sub-contractor for similar nature of work during any of the last five years ending on the last day of the month immediately prior to the month in which the last date of bid submission falls. This experience can be evidenced by:
Three completed works, each costing not less than INR 31.00 Lakhs, OR
Two completed works, each costing not less than INR 41.33 Lakhs, OR
One completed work costing not less than INR 51.66 Lakhs (Service tax and GST are not included in the mentioned value of finished works). |
