East Central Railway has issued a tender for the supply of 1.24 MW of rooftop solar PV projects in the Sonpur Division.
This project is designed to harness and distribute power generated from Rooftop Solar PV systems. The Selected Project Developer (SPD) will be accountable for the comprehensive process, including Engineering, Design, Procurement, Erection (inclusive of civil and structural works), Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of the solar PV system(s), as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for a duration of 25 years post-project commissioning. The SPD will provide power supply under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
The successful bidder is required to provide this Performance Security (PBG) of Rs 16.02 lakhs per MWp to the Zonal Railways within 30 days of signing the PPA.
The cost of bidding document is Rs. 34,810/- (Inclusive of GST).
The bidder must submit Rs.10.68 Lakh/MW in the form of Bank Guarantee along with the Response to RFQ/RFP.
Techno-Commercial Bid Opening for RFQ Scheduled for 10th May 2024 at 14:30 hrs.
The interested bidder must have maintained an average annual turnover of Rs. 150 lakhs over the past three financial years. Additionally, the bidder must have maintained a positive net worth throughout all three financial years.
Bidders must demonstrate prior success in installing a minimum total capacity of 200 KW in Grid-connected solar rooftop systems, either as a Developer or EPC, prior to the scheduled Technical Bid submission date. The experience must be directly attributable to the Bidder.
Bidders must demonstrate prior successful installation and commissioning of a minimum total capacity of 1000 KW in any Grid-connected systems, either as a Developer or EPC, across various sectors such as residential, social, industrial, commercial, government, or others. This experience must be directly attributable to the Bidder. |
