IndianOil Issues Tender for empanelment as vendors/LSTK contractors for solar PV plants at Indian oil locations and retail outlets.
The last date to submit the EOI is May 8, 2024.
Tenders will be issued by individual locations, state offices, and regional offices of IOCL nationwide, as well as in respective states/union territories as per their categories/regions, for the installation of Solar PV Plants at the corresponding locations or multiple locations within their respective territories.
Bids will be solicited from Empanelled Vendors/LSTK Contractors for Solar PV (SPV) Plants of the following categories and capacities:
Category Capacity Category-I (Critical & Non-Critical Jobs Both) (Northern/Southern/Eastern/Western)
Capacity: Up to 50 kWp
Category-II (Critical & Non-Critical Jobs Both) (All India)
Capacity: Above 50 kWp and up to 500 kWp
Category-I (Non-Critical Jobs Only) (Northern/Southern/Eastern/Western)
Capacity: Up to 50 kWp
Category-II (Non-Critical Jobs Only) (Northern/Southern/Eastern/Western)
Capacity: Above 50 kWp and up to 500 kWp
Applicant must submit a non-refundable Processing Fee of 10,000/- for each applied
Region for Category I (Critical & Non-Critical Jobs both), 20,000 for Category II (Critical & Non-Critical Jobs both) and no processing fee is required for Non-Critical Jobs.
The annual turnover of the Applicant (Individual/Partnership) / Applicant Company during any of the last three preceding financial years must be equal to or more than 22 lakhs for Category I and 1.59 crores for Category II for Both Critical & Non-Critical Jobs.
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) will receive a 15% relaxation, and start-ups will receive a 100% relaxation on the annual turnover criteria, provided they meet the quality and technical specifications outlined in the EoI and submit the necessary documents.
Applicant (Individual/Partnership) / Applicant Company must have successfully installed and commissioned at least following cumulative capacity of Solar Plant(s) in India during last three years ending on last day of the month immediately before the month in which the last date of bid submission falls should be 150 for category I and 1500 for category II for both Critical & Non-Critical Jobs. |
