Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGENCO) invites tenders for fire and allied peril insurance coverage for each 100MW capacity plot, including plant equipment and accessories for four plots (4 x 100 MW) of the solar power project situated at Talaricheruvu for one year.
The bid submission deadline is Aril 30, 2025, with bid opening scheduled for the next day.
The tender shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the opening of the price bid.
The estimated contract value (ECV) amounts to Rs. 1.07 lakh, excluding GST.
The bid security (EMD) required for this tender is Rs. 1,00,000, which must be provided in the form of a Demand Draft (DD), Banker’s Cheque (BC), or Pay Order.
Additionally, a sum of Rs. 2,15,668 is to be furnished as Bank Guarantee, DD, or BC. The EMD can be paid in either of the following formats:
i) For non-PEMD holders: Rs. 1,00,000 in the form of DD or BC, and Rs. 2,15,668 in the form of Bank Guarantee, DD, or BC from any government, nationalized, public sector, or scheduled bank, adhering to the prescribed format.
ii) For PEMD holders: Rs. 1,00,000 in the form of DD or BC. However, Permanent EMD holders must provide a copy of the PEMD approval given by the regulatory authority with their bid. |
