Mayor Marcos Castro signed a reciprocal collaboration agreement with the Construction Workers Mutual, with the purpose of promoting local development and employment in Viedma.
The agreement was signed with the president of the mutual entity, Raúl Martínez, and the general secretary of the Construction Workers Union – Viedma section, Damián Miler.
Both parties committed to designing and carrying out projects that promote local public works and to manage the promotion of the construction sector and formal employment at the municipal level.
As established in the agreement, the worker mutual fund will provide specialized labor for projects that exceed the capacity of available municipal agents. For its part, the Municipality will request the collaboration of the mutual society to carry out smaller works.
Mayor Marcos Castro highlighted the relevance of this agreement in the current context of economic crisis, highlighting the construction industry as an essential pillar for the generation of quality and value-added employment. |
