Cement Corporation of India Limited is inviting electronic bids through Electronic Tendering System (ETS) for the installation of 1MWp grid-connected Solar PV Plants at Bokajan. The tender consists of two bids: techno-commercial bid and price bid. Experienced parties interested in this tender are welcome to participate. The contractor should possess relevant experience in the specified work and have the necessary skilled manpower and resources.
The last date to submit the bids is April 16, 2024, with bid opening scheduled for the following day.
Bid validity sets for 120 days from the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.
Bidders having Experience of successfully completing similar works during the last 5 years, up to the end of the previous month before the invitation of applications, should meet one of the following criteria:
a) Three similar completed works with a minimum cost of Rs. 2.12 Cr. Or
b) Two similar completed works with a minimum cost of Rs. 2.67 Cr. Or
c) One similar completed work with a minimum cost of Rs. 4.3 Cr.
The tenderer must have implemented at least one 0.8 MWp grid-connected solar power project, either rooftop or ground-mounted, within the last 5 years up to the end of the previous month before the invitation of applications. The tender should accordingly submit copies of the work order, etc.Top of Form
The contractor must provide a comprehensive PERT/BAR chart or any other project progress monitoring tool that aligns with the proposed time schedule. This chart should encompass all activities, including key phases of supply and service obligations under the contract, such as supply schedule and field erection activities. This submission must be made within fifteen (15) days from the date of intimation or Letter of Award (LOA) to the L-1 bidder. |
