In Room 1 of the Ministerial Complex of Education, the opening of envelopes corresponding to Private Tender No. 1/2024 for the refunctionalization, renovation and remodeling work of Secondary School No. 62 “San Juan Bautista de la Salle” took place. ”.
The company Consar SA was selected as the winner of the project in the presence of ministerial authorities, including: the Secretary of Educational Infrastructure, Victoria Martínez Fascio; the CABEI coordinator, Sebastián Farfán, and the Secretary of Educational Credit, Eugenia Martínez Alvarado.
The tender has an official budget of $325,529,601.81 and an execution period of one hundred eighty (180) days is stipulated, with a guarantee period of twelve (12) months.
The fundamental purpose of this work is to improve the facilities of the institution, providing a functional environment that favors the academic development of students, as well as the performance of teaching and administrative staff. During the opening of envelopes, the public reading of the proposals received for this important project took place.
The commitment of the Government of Jujuy to the continuous improvement of learning conditions is reaffirmed.
The architect Sebastián Farfán detailed the various interventions planned for the comprehensive remodeling.
“These works include a wide range of improvements, from the reorganization of spaces to the updating of basic services. Highlights include the transformation of two specific areas into a new laboratory and library, as well as the installation of a completely new kitchen.”
Farfán pointed out that electrical and gas problems will be addressed by making primary and initial level services independent, with the guarantee of a safer and more efficient supply. In addition, he highlighted that the creation of a new access for students and the revitalization of a deteriorated courtyard are among the projects priorities. Likewise, he mentioned that painting, damp repair and sanitary improvements will be carried out with the aim of providing a modern and functional educational environment for students and school staff. |
