Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, SumSol traces its origins back to 1999, where it initially specialized in aiding installers in the creation of pumping plants. Over time, SumSol’s expertise has evolved to encompass diverse applications, from isolated installations to self-consumption plants, hybrid setups alongside generator sets, and grid-connected systems.
SumSol’s comprehensive catalog spans equipment suited for installations ranging from 1kWp to over 300kWp, catering to a spectrum of needs, from small-scale irrigation and pool systems to large-scale irrigation communities requiring constant pressure irrigation or water extractions.
Drawing upon partnerships with industry leaders such as Grundfos, Lorentz, Franklin, Vacon, and Danfoss, SumSol has curated a unique catalog. This includes pumps and controllers from Grundfos and Lorentz, Vacon frequency inverters, and Danfoss inverters, tailored for auxiliary and isolated pumps.
In addition to offerings from partner brands, SumSol has developed its own pumping systems to further enhance its catalog. The SumSol Solar Pump (BSS) stands out as an ideal solution for pumps up to 37kW, integrating a specially designed Vacon drive to meet real-world pumping requirements.
For larger pumping systems ranging from 40-110kW, SumSol provides control cabinets capable of managing one to three water extraction and pivot irrigation pumps. These cabinets are designed for isolated or hybridized projects and facilitate remote automation and management, with installation and commissioning supported by SumSol’s technical team.
For custom installations exceeding 110kW or involving more than three pumps, SumSol offers tailor-made solutions developed from the ground up.
Moreover, SumSol has channeled its expertise into designing protection boxes, allowing for the combination of multiple parallel boxes to enhance the DC bus power up to 400A. Additionally, the distributor offers control cabinets tailored for fertilizer injection systems.
