National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Calls for Bids to Retrofit Solar Inverter for 5 MW Solar PV Project at Dadri Thermal Power Plant, Uttar Pradesh
NTPC is seeking bids for retrofitting a solar inverter for its 5 MW solar photovoltaic power project located at the Dadri thermal power plant in Uttar Pradesh.
The project involves supplying, erecting, testing, and inspecting equipment and materials at the manufacturer’s facility. This includes packing, transportation, transit insurance, delivery to the site, unloading, storage, equipment erection, and associated civil and structural works, if necessary, for the solar power inverter.
The deadline for bid submissions is March 26, 2024, with bids scheduled to be opened on March 28, 2024. Bidders are required to provide an earnest money deposit of ?1 lakh.
Also, Bidders must pay a tender fee of ?1328.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or channel partners of solar inverter manufacturers. They should have previously supplied and commissioned at least one grid-connected solar inverter with a minimum capacity of 500 kW, with DC input and AC output voltages greater than or equal to 420V and 265V, respectively.
Additionally, within the past seven years, bidders must have executed at least one order for an inverter valued at ?52 lakhs, two orders valued at ?32 lakhs, or three orders valued at no less than ?26 lakhs.
Furthermore, bidders must demonstrate an annual turnover exceeding ?34 lakhs in the last three financial years. Class-1 local suppliers are eligible to participate in this bidding process. |
