Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, is seeking proposals for the design and SITC of 1.5MW grid-connected rooftop solar power plant, complete with Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance (O&M) services under the RESCO model.
The scope of work includes the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a 1.5 MW grid-connected rooftop solar power plant, ensuring grid connectivity. This includes comprehensive responsibilities such as design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, storage, civil construction, erection, as well as the thorough testing and commissioning of the rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) project.
Additionally, the bidder will be accountable for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project for a duration of twenty-five years following its commissioning.
The deadline for bid submission is March 26, 2024.
The Bid document fee amounts to Rs. 15,000/- (non-refundable), while the e-Service Fees stand at Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable).
The bidders have to submit a earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs 10 lakhs.
The applicant must possess a track record of successfully completing comparable projects within the past seven years, concluding on the last day of the month preceding the call for applications. This experience can be demonstrated by meeting any of the following criteria:
Completion of three similar projects, each with a capacity not less than 40% of the estimated capacity.
Completion of two similar projects, each with a capacity not less than 50% of the estimated capacity.
Completion of one similar project with a capacity not less than 80% of the estimated capacity.The applicant must demonstrate a minimum Average Annual financial turnover of at least 5 crores over the past three years, concluding on the 31st of March of the preceding financial year. This financial data should be officially audited by a Chartered Accountant, with an additional 10% compounded value per year to be incorporated. |
