In the Ministry of Public Works and Services, the public tender was carried out this morning for the “Installation of the Heating System in the Multipurpose Rooms of schools 262 and 243 in Santa Rosa and in 135 in Colonia Santa Teresa”, for an amount of $287,481,561.
The Minister of Education, Marcela Feuerschvenger, the Minister of Public Works and Services, Julio Rojo, the Undersecretary of Public Works, Alfredo Intronati, and the Director of Public Works and Services, Antonela Dosso, participated in the administrative act.
The provincial government places special emphasis on the state of the infrastructure of educational establishments, as part of a quality service for the well-being of students, teaching staff and assistants who carry out activities in these spaces.
The Ministries of Education and Public Works and Services complement the survey, diagnosis and planning activities for the completion of works necessary to improve public buildings. This joint work between both government portfolios positively influences the final result, which is to achieve comfortable places for the development of educational, cultural and social activities.
The Minister of Public Works and Services referred to the administrative act and told the Provincial News Agency that it is "a very significant work for education, which involves the installation of heating systems in the multipurpose rooms of three schools." , where all kinds of activities are developed that go beyond the strictly pedagogical ones. This work includes two schools in the Pampas capital and the Santa Teresa school.”
"On this occasion we have observed a high participation of companies, four bidders have presented themselves to carry out the work stipulated in the specifications, with very convenient offers in relation to the official budget," he indicated.
Rojo highlighted, "despite the fact that we are going through a very complicated time in the area of ??public works in particular and in all areas in general, the Province has continuity of works throughout the Pampas territory."
The minister marked the difference with the current national government due to its marked indifference, and expressed, "it is public knowledge that the Nation does not have a Ministry of public works, nor does it provide us with any type of support, but we still maintain the commitment to have a State present, that is there to serve society and address its needs, we continue on the path of accompanying the population through a State that provides answers and collaborates in improving their quality of life. We are convinced that it is the right thing to do, that is why doing obars becomes a satisfaction and we wish to be able to continue doing them for the well-being of the people and the social growth of the Province.”
Meanwhile, the Minister of Education said “we have been working collaboratively with the Ministry of Public Works. Today we are summoned by the work of heating systems, highly anticipated by the educational community of these establishments. In the case of Santa Rosa, in the buildings where the new heating will be installed, primary and secondary schools share spaces, in addition to having other programs in force, such as “After Hours.” These investments contribute to the quality of education and the community where these establishments are located.”
Feuerschvenger highlighted that, "schools are the present State, tomorrow we start classes and being accompanied by events like todays, with large investments, is another example of the place that education occupies for this provincial government."
To carry out the works in the educational establishments, which have a delivery period of 100 days, four companies from the Pampas made their offers: IACO Construcciones, Servicios de Ingeniería, Altuna Construcciones and the company Canalis, who have quoted below the official budget .
The work planned in the contract corresponds to the installation of hot air conditioning systems in the Multipurpose Rooms of two educational establishments in Santa Rosa and another in the town of Colonia Santa Teresa. The planned installation includes the provision of heating equipment on the four sides of the corresponding Rooms and the air injection pipes, provision of gas to supply the equipment, electrical connection and fire prevention system. |
