Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Suites, in Udaipur. The property, which will operate under a franchise agreement with Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is slated to open its doors in FY25.
Udaipur, often dubbed as the Venice of the East, boasts seven picturesque turquoise lakes and is nestled amidst the lush Aravalli hills. Renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning landmarks including majestic Rajput-era palaces and bustling markets, Udaipur has become a favored destination for tourists and hosts enchanting fairy tale weddings.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Suites, Udaipur will feature 68 meticulously designed rooms along with a restaurant and other public amenities.
Conveniently located, the hotel is situated approximately 25 kilometers from the Maharana Pratap Airport and just 10 kilometers from the Udaipur City Railway Station. It enjoys excellent connectivity via roadways, catering to both public and private transportation.
This marks Lemon Tree Hotels third property in Udaipur, joining the upscale Aurika, Udaipur, which is already operational, and another upcoming property. Moreover, Lemon Tree Hotels is further expanding its presence in Rajasthan, with a growing portfolio of seven existing and five upcoming properties across the state, known for its historical and religious significance. |
