Regarding the projects critical path, which is the treatment of soft ground, the contractors CC1, North Central South, Central Region, and Tu Lap are still slow in installing seepage wicks, sand wells, and filling sand up to the top of the floor level. sand cushion.
The investor requested that the Central Construction Group Joint Stock Company urgently mobilize machinery and personnel and immediately deploy construction of the Km34+240 - Km35+500 route; In case by March 5, 2024, the unit does not meet the requirements, Project Management Board 7 will transfer the volume to another contractor in the joint venture to speed up the construction progress.
Meanwhile, the scope of work for Package XL01 is still very large but the construction organization is not yet scientific. The construction contractors are not yet neat and complete with each section of the route. In particular, contractor Phuc Loc has a new output reaching 15.59% of the contract value (in addition to subjective reasons, the objective reason is due to land problems). Regarding the critical path of the project, which is the treatment of soft soil, the contractors Phuc Loc and Thuong 68 are still slow in installing permeation wicks and filling with sand to the top of the sand buffer layer.
