In a significant move towards advancing clean energy initiatives, Prime Road Power Public Company Limited (PRIME), a prominent player in the clean energy sector led by Mr Somprasong Panjalak, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, has disclosed a groundbreaking development.
PRIME’s subsidiaries, holding an impressive 99.99% of shares, finalized Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). This strategic collaboration spans a duration of 25 years and is aimed at developing two state-of-the-art ground-mounted solar power projects, commonly referred to as solar farms, boasting a combined electricity capacity of 15.70 megawatts.
