The last date for submitting bids is February 29, 2024 The Municipal Corporation of Jabalpur has invited proposals from eligible consultants to set up 10 MW solar projects under captive/net metering mode to supply power to its high tension (ht) connections. The last date for submitting bids is February 29,2024. Bids will be opened on March 1. The corporation is responsible for supplying water to residents within its jurisdiction and operates multiple water pumping stations equipped with electrical connections at 132/33 or 11 kV Voltage. The corporation aims to transition to solar energy, within the existing regulations, to meet its electrical energy needs as much as possible. The consultant may be either a firm or a company; however, consortium bidding is not permissible. Bidders have to submit an earnest money deposit of 580,000 (-$964). The successful bidder has to pay a performance bank guarantee of 51 million (-$12,050) upon issuance of the Letter of Intent and before the issuance of the work order. Bidders must have a minimum turnover from consultancy services of ot least tflO million (-$120,507) in the preceding three financial years. The consultant should not be a loss-making entity. The bidder or the designated member of the consulting team must possess a minimum of 10 years of work experience in renewable energy-based power projects, with at least seven years specifically in solar systems-based power projects. |
