The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a scheme for allotment of 44 industrial plots These plots are located in six sectors in Greater Noida and cover areas ranging from 135 sq. mtrs. to 20,354 sq. mtrs. The allotment is being done through interviews, and post allotment, possession of the plot will be given within the stipulated time. The scheme has been launched keeping in view the need of entrepreneurs, and land allotment for industries is expected to create 10,000 employment opportunities, along with investment in the region. With the allotment of these 44 plots, the GNIDA is expected to generate around Rs 5,000 crore from the reserve price. The brochures for the scheme have been released and interested parties can apply via the GNIDA website greaternoidaauthority.in or through the Uttar Pradesh governments niveshmitra.up.nic.in portal. The last date for registration is 19 February, 2024. |
