BluPine Energy, a prominent renewable energy services company in India, has inaugurated five advanced skill development centers aimed at training 120 students in the installation and operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects across India. The initiative, conducted in collaboration with Probe Research and Social Development, focuses on empowering beneficiaries, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds.
The skill development activities will take place in three villages (Porana, Bhadiya, Nenava) of the Patan and Banas Kantha districts for solar power generation and in two villages (Rampara, Kanakiya) in the Gir Somnath district of Gujarat for wind power generation.
Aiming for significant female representation among candidates, BluPine Energy underscores its commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment in the renewable energy sector.

Neerav Nanavaty, CEO of BluPine Energy, emphasized the importance of the skill development centers in nurturing local talent and driving sustainability in the renewable energy sector. The six-month training program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for utility-scale solar and wind power installation and operation.
