This is the public tender for the contracting of road infrastructure, water, sewage, storm drains and socio-urban integration work for the southern area of ??the capital. This initiative, aimed at socio-urban integration and housing improvement, will benefit more than 1,500 families in the Autopista Sur, Los Vázquez and ARA San Juan neighborhoods. The opening of envelopes was attended by Juan Luis Pérez, Secretary of Public Works of Tucumán; Alfredo Quinteros, director of the Directorate of Architecture and Urban Planning (DAU); Juan Saravia, director of the Provincial Water Directorate (DPA); and José Bresina, director of Specific Projects. All of them represent different crucial areas within the provinces Ministry of Public Works and Services, headed by Minister Santiago Yanotti. This work, of significant magnitude, marks a crucial step in the governments commitment to improve the quality of life of citizens in the south of the capital. Water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure will not only promote a healthier environment, but will also contribute to social integration and sustainable development. This is added to the road infrastructure works for the three neighborhoods reached by the project. The implementation of the project is expected to not only generate local employment but also boost economic development in the area. |
