Two companies were interested in undertaking the reforms of the Second Police Station as well as the building expansion of the Cavalry Corps in 10 and 127, for an amount greater than 74 million pesos. This Wednesday, the opening of envelopes for Public Tender No. 27/2023 was held at the Secretariat of Planning, Works and Public Services, concerning the reform of the Second Police Station of Quequén and expansion of the Park Police Detachment, an act for which two companies. During the bidding, the proposals of the local firms Hidracil SA and “Al Mundo Negocios Empresariales SRL” were opened, both above the official budget of the work which amounts to 74,049,800 pesos and which responds to the agreement made between the Municipality and the Ministry of Security of the Province, through the Municipal Fund for Strengthening Security and Other Associated Services. From this moment on, it will be the evaluation commission of the municipal Directorate of Contracts and Bidding that will define which company will be awarded. For the management of Mayor Arturo Rojas, this is a key work in terms of security and through his management it was determined that said Strengthening funds be allocated to the remodeling, expansion and comprehensive renovation projects of said units. Once the work is awarded, it has an execution period of 180 calendar days and includes labor, machinery, tools, materials, preparation of the executive project and all other concepts necessary for the execution of the Police Station Reform Second of Quequén and the expansion of the Park Police Detachment. In the case of the Second Police Station of Quequén, the refunctionalization of the garage is planned, which includes dry construction partitions, including floors, ceilings, carpentry, electricity and equipment. In turn, an office expansion will be carried out within the property, which will be composed of a reception, two containers equipped for administration and a sanitary module container. Regarding the Park Police Detachment, the comprehensive renovation of the current home used as offices and the execution of the storm drain pipe surrounding the property is contemplated. The project is intended for the remodeling, expansion and comprehensive renovation of the building located on Av. 10 and 127, of about 300 meters2, where it is also planned to install ceilings in certain areas, complete interior and exterior painting, and total renovation of bathrooms. and kitchens, among other details. |
