MSEB Solar Agro Power (MSAPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSEB Holding Company, has announced a tender for the procurement of 160 MW of solar power for feeder-level solarization under Component C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) program. The projects for this tender will be executed as part of the second phase of the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana program. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals by February 27, 2024. The earnest money deposit required of bidders is ?100,00/MW of the quoted capacity. The winning bidder will need to provide a performance bank guarantee equivalent to ?500,000/MW of the quoted capacity. In case Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) identifies new substations in the Amravati region meeting specified interconnection criteria before the bid due date, an additional solar power capacity of up to 242 MW may be purchased. The successful bidder is responsible for power evacuation up to the delivery point and associated energy accounting infrastructure at their own expense. The bidder is also responsible for obtaining grid connectivity approvals with assistance from MSAPL. For projects exceeding 200 MW, bidders must have commissioned or possess an operational solar capacity of at least 250 MW. For projects below 200 MW, the requirement is a minimum operational solar capacity of 100 MW. Additionally, bidders must show a minimum annual turnover of ?25 lakhs per MW of the base capacity during the last financial year. |
