Work Detail | Canon India announced the appointment of Eddie Udagawa as the Vice President of Canon India. In this new role, Mr. Udagawa will be spearheading the Consumer Imaging and Information Centre (CII) division Canon India, a digital imaging company, has appointed Eddie Udagawa as the new Vice President of the company, further strengthening its senior leadership team. Udagawa, in his new capacity, will be leading the Consumer Imaging and Information Centre (CII) division. The Consumer Imaging and Information Centre (CII) embraces both Consumer Systems Products (CSP) for laser and inkjet printers and Image Communication Products (ICP) for camera products. The CSP division offers printers for consumers as well as enterprise across different verticals. And, the ICP division mainly works around the sale and positioning of DSLR cameras and lenses, high functionality compact cameras and professional video cameras. As the Head of the CII division, Udagawa will be responsible for the supervision and development of the Canon Imaging Communications Products (ICP) business and Consumer System Products (CSP) business in India. He undertakes the position with the vision to escalate the market share and strategize growth plans to take Canon India to new heights. Udagawa’s predecessor, Andrew Koh will be taking over the Malaysian market as the President and CEO, Canon Malaysia. He has spent valuable 4 years in India to strengthen the CII business unit. |
