The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony, marking the beginning of the construction, is scheduled for December 14, 2023. The company has successfully obtained environmental clearance for the project, and the requisite permissions and approvals for manufacturing at the plant are currently in progress. The new plant will occupy a sprawling area of 25,000 square meters and will be equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology.
Upon completion, the plant will focus on producing pigments, pigment intermediaries, and high-performance colors, showcasing a robust backward and forward integration strategy. This development is expected to position Vipul Organics Limited with one of the largest manufacturing capacities for pigments and colorants, not only in India but also globally, excluding China.
