Public Works Department (PWD), Assam has invited bids for the construction of a Medical College (100 admissions) and Hospital in Sivasagar district of the state under PM-DevINE scheme on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode.
The scope of work includes topographical survey, soil Investigation, preparation of architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, structural design and drawings of buildings, required services. Under E&M works, the components of specialized work includes electrical installations including all electrical fittings/fixtures, water supply pumps, sub-station, DG set with AMF panel, lightning protection, fire detection, UPS, lifts, air conditioning, lighting and others. The buildings are to be planned and registered to meet three-star GRIHA rating. Obtaining mandatory approvals from all local bodies/ State & Central authorities/ Municipal Corporation, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) clearance is also within the scope of this contract.
The completion time is 24 months, and also includes operation & maintenance work, with a defect liability period of 12 months.
