Brigade Enterprises will develop a residential project in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and has launched Brigade Sanctuary, wherein the housing project is spread across 14 acres on Whitefield-Sarjapur Road.
The project is a joint development, comprising 1,275 units, and has a gross revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore. The company is committed to retaining over 500 trees within the project, to ensure natural beauty of the landscape is preserved. The project coincides with the surge in demand for premium residences in the city, driven by the popularity of homes and community living, epecially among millennials. The layout includes a clubhouse and over 35 modern amenities, with plenty of open spaces to suit the requirements of all age groups.
Brigade has developed many projects across the cities of Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi. It is engaged in developments across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and education segments.
