The government of the province of Buenos Aires awarded a construction company from La Plata the construction of a new Primary Health Care Center (Caps) in the Nuevo Golf neighborhood, to which a budget of $254 million was assigned and where Construction is expected to be completed between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025.
Through Resolution 215/23 of the Undersecretary of Public Works of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Services, Fernando Benítez, the Buenos Aires administration awarded the work to Game SA, one of the firms that had participated in the Public Tender 136/ 2022, whose envelopes had been opened in December of the year

At first and after the original official budget of $173 million was updated due to the time elapsed, the Bid Evaluation Commission recommended awarding in favor from the other company, Trexcin Construcciones SA, who had the most economical offer. However, the firm did not want to maintain it after several months had passed since the tender and in a context of economic uncertainty.
After that, the Commission issued its decision again, recommending in this case awarding the tender to Game SA, for an amount of $254,725,000, later endorsed by other technical areas of the provincial public administration.
Seven clinics for public health
The Caps de Nuevo Golp will be built on a 20 by 50 meter property on Cerrito and Calle 77, also known as Cabo Corrientes. The deadline for its execution is 270 days, so between the beginning of the work and the possible delays that any project of this magnitude goes through, it would be ready by the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025.
According to the technical details of the Bidding Terms and Conditions, three areas are distinguished in the module to be implemented, where one considers the admission of outpatients to the Administration sector for their subsequent referral, another brings together the care offices, and the last, made up of a Multipurpose Room, connected to the Administration through a public waiting hall. Meanwhile, patient access by ambulance will be through an independent access.
Casa del Puente
With a budget update, they launch a new tender to open the Casa del Puente to the public.
In total, seven offices will be built, of which five will be for general care, one dental and one gynecological, with a bathroom included. In addition, the budget includes the purchase of furniture and minimum health equipment, such as a dental chair, gynecological stretcher, and stretchers for patient care.
As reported by the ministry, the intervention occurs within the framework of the Medical Architectural Need Program and in total 434 square meters of covered surface will be built, 70 of semi-covered, while there will be a free surface of 948 square meters, where it is contemplated the landscaping of space. |
