Pacesetter begins construction on the next phase of the Elevon master-planned community in Lavon
Pacesetter Homes DFW has started construction work on next phase of the Elevon master-planned community in Lavon, where there are big plans to build over 4,000 homes in the future.
This new construction phase, led by Pacesetter Homes, a division of the Austin-based Qualico, involves developing 258 lots within the Elevon master-planned community situated in Lavon. What sets this project apart is the intention to build a diverse range of home styles on various lot sizes, providing homebuyers with a wide array of choices to suit their preferences and needs.
Pacesetter Homes plans to construct five different home styles, ranging from twin homes to single-family homes with one or two stories, courtyard homes, and larger single-family homes with front-entry access. This diversity in housing options is a refreshing departure from the norm, as many master-planned communities typically offer only two lot sizes, limiting the choices available to potential buyers. Blake Friesenhahn, the Vice President of Pacesetter Homes DFW, stated, “This is a unique opportunity for us to showcase several new lifestyle choices along with our established series of homes in one neighborhood. This mix will create more interesting and appealing streetscapes within the community.”
Elevon South, where these new homes will be located, will present homebuyers with the option to choose from homesites of varying widths, including 26-foot-wide, 30-foot-wide, 40-foot-wide, and 50-foot-wide lots. This wide range of choices extends to floor plans, ensuring that different lifestyles and budgets can be accommodated within the same Elevon community.
Blake Friesenhahn emphasized the value of this diversity, saying, “We’re excited about the diversity of our product, the range of price points, and the broad range of lifestyles we will be able to cater to in this neighborhood. Meeting a variety of buyer needs will appeal to extended families who want to live with or near each other. Children, grandparents, siblings, and more can live in the same neighborhood even if their budgets and lifestyle needs are different.”
Elevon South is part of the larger Elevon community in Lavon, which was developed by MA Partners. The Elevon community is designed to be more than just a collection of houses; it is a hub of recreation and community engagement. It features nature trails, a pool with a fun splash zone for children, and a covered event pavilion with an outdoor kitchen for gatherings. There are multiple parks and playgrounds, fishing ponds, an event lawn for games and special events, a dog park, and fitness stations along the hike and bike trails. |
