Real estate firm Anant Raj plans to launch three new housing projects in Gurugram, Haryana and Andhra Pradesh over the next six to nine months as it seeks to expand business and cater to the surge in demand for residential properties. The revenue potential is at around Rs 4,000 crore. The Delhi-based firm will launch a luxury group housing project in Sector 63-A, Gurugram, comprising over one million sq. ft. of developable area. The company also has plans to launch plots and villas, with around one million sq. ft. of saleable area, in its nearly 200-acre township Anant Raj Estate in Gurugram. Anant Raj has also started construction of 1,900 affordable housing projects at Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, and has set a price below Rs 20 lakh per unit to sell to people working in the industrial units nearby. The company has started the construction work for a mixed use project in South Delhi, comprising a hotel, serviced apartments and office complex, with a developable area of seven lakh sq. ft. The company expects to lease commercial spaces in this project. Anant Raj, a real estate player in Delhi-NCR and adjoining cities undertakes the development of housing, commercial and data centre projects. |
