NBCC (India) has invited bids for the development of multi-storey housing for Delhi Transport Corporation in Shadipur Colony on a plot measuring 6.898 acres.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement and construction of housing block (Tower 1,2,3,4 & 5) consisting of two-BHK, three-BHK & four-BHK quarters (427), EWS quarters (Tower 6 – 228), clubhouse, school building, community hall. External services include water supply, sewerage, drainage, electric supply, broadband/Internet, telephone lines and gas pipeline to the main lines of the authorities/service providers.
The EPC contract valued at Rs 446.29 crore will include architectural planning, concept design, design of structure and MEP services including allied works, obtaining, all statutory approvals, material/ equipment supply, construction and commissioning of the project.
