Revex Plasticisers intends to establish an unsaturated polyester resins unit with a capacity of 7,000 tpm at Ghiloth Industrial Area in Alwar district of Rajasthan.
The new facility will cover over 7.59 acres of land, and would comprise products such as saturated polyester resins with a capacity of 1,500 tpm, polyester polyol with 2,000 tpm, adhesives with 1,000 tpm and pigment paste with 250 tpm.
In July 2023, the Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) granted environment clearance (EC) for the aforesaid project.
As per the information available with Projects Today, Revex Plasticisers is awaiting approvals from the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB). It expects to commence work on the project by January 2024, and will soon appoint a contractor. |
