The Uttar Pradesh governments vision to spearhead industrial development has concretised in a new scheme, introduced for the sale of vacant plots within the data center project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In alignment with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanaths vision, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has invited applications for five categories of plots in Sector-28 of Greater Noida through the Nivesh Mitra portal. The premium of plots has been fixed, ranging from Rs 28.17 crore to Rs 176 crore, while the registration fee of plots will apply as per the categories. The process was initiated from 27 September, 2023. Moreover, the rate allotment per sq. mtrs. for plotting no. D-1 of Rs 1.25 lakh sq. mtrs. has been fixed at Rs 12,786. On this, the registration amount, as per 10 percent PLC, has been fixed at Rs 17.67 crore. The total premium is Rs 176.73 crore (including PLC), which is the highest. Those setting up industrial units by taking a plot can avail of facilities, including improved connectivity and the pod transit system, as well as proximity to Jewar Airport, International Film City, Yamuna Expressway, and Buddha Circuit. Interested applicants can apply for plots in this project until October 26, 2023. Key details regarding the plot area, sector, rate of allotment per sq. mtrs., preferential location charge (PLC) for the data center project has been shared on the websites of Invest UP and YEIDA. Similarly, such details are available in other four categories as well. Bank of Baroda will be the banking partner in the project to handle the application and banking operations. |
