KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research is developing a medical college and hospital building at Gabbur village, Hubballi in Dharwad district of Karnataka.
The ongoing project will be implemented in two phases. It will span over 23.80 acres of land and encompasses four medical college buildings with B+G+5 floors, a hospital with B+G+ 4 floors, a library with G+2 floors, and an auditorium with ground floor.
In February 2022, the organisation received environmental clearance (EC) from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Karnataka.
According to the latest updates shared with Projects Today, construction work on the Phase-I is nearing completion and is expected to be completed by August 2024.
Further, KLE Academy expects to start work on the Phase-II in Q4/FY24. |
