Work Detail The Chinese manufacturer also signed new strategic cooperation agreements while exhibiting the new line of solar modules at RE+ 2023 in Las Vegas. Runergy, a solar module manufacturer established in China in 2013, introduced a series of solar module lines at the RE+ conference in Las Vegas. The company showcased both n-type and traditional PERC cell technology. Among the new modules on display was a 54-type n half-cell module with an all-black aesthetic designed for rooftop applications. It is a small and lightweight module with a maximum output power of 425 W. The new module, HY-DH108N8B, has an efficiency rating of 22%. It measures 152 cm x 114 cm x 3 cm and weighs 24 kg. The module has a bifaciality index of 80%. The company also introduced two N-type modules with 72 and 78 half-cells, designed for ground-mounted projects and tracking systems. These modules have a maximum output power of 560W to 625W and an efficiency of 22.6%. The 72-cell modules received the “Overall Highest Achiever” designation from the Renewable Energy Test Center (RETC). Learn more about module evaluation and testing in the RETC PV Module Index. All new modules have a 15-year product warranty, a 30-year linear power warranty and degradation protection of 1% in the first year and 0.4% in subsequent years. In addition to launching a new series of modules, the company signed strategic agreements in RE+. Hyperion, Runergys high-end brand, signed a strategic agreement with Nanosun to enter markets such as Europe, the Middle East and the United States. It also signed an agreement with Grape Solar, focused on the US market.
