The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender for the construction of 150-beds critical care hospital block at JIPMER, Puducherry. The scope of work includes planning designing and construction of this building with connecting corridor all internal and external civil electrical & mechanical services, as well as all external civil and electrical & mechanical development work, bulk services, statutory approvals and others and complete integration for making fit for occupation etc. The contract, valued at Rs 115.15 crore, will be carried out on design and build basis, within a stipulated time period of 24 months. The end date for bid submission is 07 October, 2023. |
