The opening of offers took place at 10 am on the upper floor of the Municipal Palace, with the presence of the Secretary of Government and Finance, María Elisa Moix; Natalia Bustos in charge of the Purchasing Department; the person in charge of the Government Area Blanca Alarcón; and a representative of one of the bidding companies. The proposals received are analyzed by the Permanent Adjudication Commission.
Envelope No. 1 belongs to the firm Vial Truck SA, with address at Av. Libertador 136, Oncativo, province of Córdoba, offering an Iveco Tector Evo 170E28 truck chassis, new 0 km, manual gearbox, equipped with a brand 10,000-liter irrigation tank. Lexxor Model XX RM 10.0, made of GRP, with a 60,000 liters/hour centrifugal pump, powered by a power take-off, cradle or false chassis made of folded sheet metal for mounting the tank with fenders and access ladder, galvanized pipe with rosettes steel and cast iron, tank labeling included and complete factory installation. The total price amounts to $82,800,000. The payment conditions are in accordance with the specifications and the delivery has a term of 30 days from the purchase order, in municipal dependency. 12 month warranty.
In addition, the company presents three other alternative offers. The first consists of the same equipment with a discount for cash payment against the purchase order for $80,800,000. The second offers an Iveco Tector Attack 170E21 truck chassis equipped with the same irrigation tank for a total amount of $76,700,000 with payment according to the specifications. The third offers this same model and tank with a price for cash payment against the purchase order for $74,700,000. The delivery time of all purchase alternatives is 30 days in municipal dependency.
Envelope No. 2 is from Oscar Scorza Equipos y Servicios SRL with address at Córdoba Rosario highway Km 628.5, offering an Iveco Tector truck chassis model 170E28, new 0 km, manual gearbox, equipped with an 8,000-liter irrigation tank brand Econovo model Ecotros 8, for a total amount of $72,012,000. The form of payment is in cash 10 days after the award is communicated and the delivery period is 30 days. It also presents an alternative offer for a Foton brand Auman EST-M 245 manual truck chassis, equipped with an 8,000-liter water sprinkler tank, Econovo Ecotros 8 model, at $67,488,000. Also payment in cash and delivery time of 30 days. Place of delivery according to the specifications.
Envelope No. 3 belongs to Vialerg SA with address at Calle Lavalle No. 1430, 3rd floor, Department A, in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. It offers a Tector Evo 170E28 truck, new 0 km, manual box, equipped with a 10,000-liter irrigation tank with irrigation system, with a 60,000-liter pump, with cast-iron rosettes with stainless steel screens with pneumatic opening. The price is $80,000,000 cash on delivery, with offer validity of 30 consecutive days from the act of opening, with a 12-month guarantee, and a delivery period within 30 days.
This new sprinkler truck to be acquired will be used for maintenance of city streets and logistical support works; according to a note presented by the Secretary of Public Works and Services of the Municipality of Chajarí. In this way, the local government continues to invest in the renewal and expansion of its vehicle fleet and machinery, and thus be able to advance with the different works and tasks carried out in the city.
