Bids for the construction of two-bedroom houses and complementary works will be announced on September 19.
The Sustainable Urban Development Agency (ADUS) and the Provincial Institute of Housing and Urbanism (IPVU) made the call for public bidding for the bidding of 22 houses in Plottier.
The works will be carried out through the "Own Home-Build the Future" program, of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat of the Nation and with provincial funds, with a budget close to 470 million pesos.
The project foresees the construction of 22 “traditional prototype” homes, with one floor and two bedrooms, with an approximate area of ??64 square meters each.
On the other hand, the execution of complementary works is contemplated that includes soil movements, filling under stalls for homes and municipal sidewalks on each front, electrical connections and the electrical network pillar, home drinking water and gas services. natural, buried drinking water cistern and absorbent well with biodigester.
The opening of envelopes will take place on September 19 at the ADUS-IPVU facilities in Neuquén capital. Subsequently, it will proceed to analyze the offers to determine their award.
